Deepika Padukone replace Priyanka in Two States?

Bollywood film director Siddharth Anand had announced his latest movie a few days back, also stating that Saif Ali Khan will be playing the male lead. Where as the female lead is yet to be decided.While Priyanka Chopra was earlier signed as the female lead, the actress has now been replaced by Deepika.

If this is actually true, then the audience will again be seeing the Love Aaj Kal pair on-screen. A source informed that producer Sajid Nadidwala and director Siddharth feel that Deepika Padukone is a better choice for the role of a South Indian girl than Priyanka.

The makers of the film are not revealing anything on records.

Deepika Padukone’s new acting style

Housefull is one keenly anticipated film! But Housefull is a different genre and hence the diverse acting style.Deepika is looking ahead to the release of Housefull is presently shooting for Break Ke Baad with Imran Khan. So all we can do is look forward for the movie and expect to see the actress in a yet another avatar!

But the buzz goes that she developed cold feet about it because she doesn’t smoke in real life.”Deepika was surely not enthused about the possibility of lighting up even on screen. She thought those few scenes might entice her to try out smoking in the future,” says the film’s producer Ritesh Sidhwani. “As a good producer, I didn’t want to instill a bad habit in an actor. So, I got organic cigarettes. She was happy with my decision.An actor shouldn’t be forced for such a thing if it can be avoided,” he adds. Organic cigarettes are made of exotic and organic herbs and do not contain tobacco or nicotine.They come with negligibly harmful side effects compared to regular cigarettes.

Some time back, Bipasha’s denial to smoke in Sudipto Chattopadhyay’s Pankh made news.Bipasha had also claimed that since she doesn’t smoke in real life, she won’t do it for a scene unless it’s absolutely necessary.”I refused to smoke for Corporate (directed by Madhur Bhandarkar) too. Deepika Padukone was in the middle of a shootout in London recently. The actress is presently shooting for Sajid Khan’s Housefull there. During a shopping spree with a friend on the New Bond Street, the OSO girl was witness to chaos in a cops and murder drama.A source reveals, “Deepika was walking with her friend and they entered a store. All they heard the sounds of ambulances and police cars zipping past the store.

The actress and her companion were wondering whether to stay put, or step out of the store when the owner of the shop alerted them about the shootout in the parallel lane. “The store owner advised the girls to sneak out the back exit, as it would be safer. There was too much commotion in the area but they managed to jump into a cab and reach the hotel.

On her way back, she saw the area where the shootout took place and realised how close she was to the scene of crime. The London police had sealed off the narrow alley where the shoot out took place and there was some blood on the streets.

It was an event of some interest when the cast of Saif’s first home production came down to Delhi. It wasn’t because of the others – it was because Rishi Kapoor and his son Ranbir’s girlfriend, Deepika, were there together, sharing the stage at the screening of the film. Deepika Padukone is down with malaria

Deepika Padukone is down with malaria. The actress who was shooting in London for Housefull hadn’t been keeping well for the past few days. The Om Shanti Om girl was initially though to be under a viral attack but tests have now confirmed malaria. On Wednesday Deepika was in no condition to face the camera and the shooting had to be called off.A day earlier Deepika had enough courage to shoot a sequence with Akshay Kumar despite of having high fever. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala and director Sajid Khan have temporarily called off the shoot till Deepika completely recovers.

The actress has been suffering ever since she had landed in London and had been under the regular does of painkillers and other drugs.The fever however showed no signs of subsiding and then she was taken to a doctor who confirmed malaria after conducting tests. Beau Ranbir Kapoor is extremely worried and is regularly keeping in touch with her. Deepika was scheduled to complete her shooting of Housefull and return to the country and promote her upcoming movie Love Aaj Kal.
