A traffic collision in the year 1937 caused facial injuries that could have ended her career, but the heroine soon followed this with her most renowned role, as "Cathy" in Wuthering Heights released in 1939. Her career continued until the end of the 1940s when her acting performances over the following years were relatively few.
With just a week left for the release of Tees Maar Khan, Katrina Kaif is set to enter the Bigg Boss house to promote her much-awaited movie. We wonder if Salman Khan, the show’s host will join Katrina in the house.
We hear that Katrina will enter the house along with director Farah Khan.
Meanwhile, the girls in the house have been instructed about putting up dance performances to the throbbing beats of ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’. Katrina and Farah will judge the performances and also help the participants with some moves.
Since the aim is to promote Tees Maar Khan, they will also talk about the film.
We wonder if Salman Khan, the show’s host will join Katrina in the house. After all, he joined her in the song Wallah-re-wallah in the film.
Sonakshi Sinha in bikini on Maxim is a fake image, that we all know. But the image has left many people fuming, especially her mentor Salman Khan.
It’s learnt that Salman, who has taken Sonakshi under his wings, had told her not to do the photoshoot with Maxim. Sonakshi too was never keen to go that bold; in fact, for Maxim photoshoot she has donned short dresses that aren’t much revealing. But the actress was shocked to see a leading website publish the fake Maxim image of her in bikini.
She flays the publication and tweets, “Would’ve been smart if they checked out the magazine before writing whatever they felt like. It's not about me anymore but about their credibility.”

The mum-of-three spent a bum-numbing eight hours in an posh Los Angeles
hair salon before unveiling the new honey blonde locks yesterday.

And Katie, 32 – aka Jordan – is thrilled with the results. She told a friend: “It was time for a change.
“It’s far softer on my face and, let’s be honest, blondes do have more fun. I’ve always found that over the years. I had been dark for a good couple of years so it was time for a change. And I like the fact I kept it hidden.”
Katie travelled to LA earlier this week with her stylist Gary Cockerill for business meetings. She had her hair coloured plus extensions fitted in the salon of the Regent Beverly Wilshire.

Thanks to a certain Jack Sparrow he is the hottest property in Hollywood.
Yet even Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp became starry-eyed at working with Angelina Jolie for the first time... especially when it came to the love scenes.
“Yeah, I mean, I’ve had more difficult days at work, definitely,” says Johnny.
“But those kinds of things are always awkward. So you just laugh your way through, and you just kind of giggle and feel stupid.
“But then Angelina is a kind of a walking poem – the perfect beauty who at the same time is very deep and very smart.”
In their first movie together, The Tourist, Depp, 47, plays a geeky American maths teacher dragged into the mysterious world of a stunning beauty played by Jolie.
And those “awkward” moments in the movie apparently became such a problem that a steamy scene between Jolie and Depp ended up on the cutting-room floor after it’s said his long-term partner Vanessa Paradis got involved.
But then Vanessa has nothing to worry about. Johnny has been a long-time friend of Angelina’s other half Brad Pitt, although he had never met Jolie until just before they started filming.
“We met oddly right before we did this which is weird because I think we have a lot of mutual friends and mutual acquaintances, people that we’ve worked with, however we’d never met.

“When we sat down together it was kind of instant. We got each other. Within minutes we were yakking about our kids and the perils of parenthood and all of that fun stuff.
“She’s impressive. She’s a force.”
Johnny who has two children Lily-Rose, 11, and Jack, eight, with Vanessa says they are as devoted as ever.
Like mother-of-six Angelina and Brad, Johnny and Vanessa, who have been together for 12 years, are not married.=
But Johnny says: “If Vanessa wanted to get hitched, why not? But the thing is I would be so scared of ruining her last name. She’s got such a good last name.”
He credits Vanessa (with Johnny, left) with calming the restlessness he felt in his younger days. “I was more at war with myself then,” he says. “It took me a while to figure out what I wanted and then I met the woman who made me see what I was missing.
“But raising a family and spending so much time with our kids is what has really had the most calming influence on me. They became my focus and it put things into perspective. Nothing makes me happier than watching Vanessa and my kids and just realising that they’re my world. It’s pure joy.”
And the two families hit it off during filming. “One night Angie and Brad came for dinner. They brought their son Pax and he played video games with my boy, Jack. They had a blast.”

Grapevines reveal that something is brewing between the two actors and both seems to be feeling quite comfortable in each others company.
Some also say that ‘Pocketmaar’ was initially offered to several leading actresses, but due to certain issues they rejected the film and it landed in Asin’s court.
Well, now one can expect clarification reports tumbling from the concerned parties…. But till then one can be assured that Asin is here to stay in Bollywood gossip columns for sure…
