Ab fab: Mel B showed off her toned figure in Malibu, California this week
As a former Spice Girl and fitness DVD star, Mel B knows all about keeping her body in shape - and how to show it off.
The 35-year-old singer and television host pranced down the beach this week in a vibrant orange bikini which showed off the star's rock hard abs.
Accompanied by her husband Stephen Belafonte, who is clearly in awe of his physically fit wife, the star relaxed in the sun and strolled the beach in Malibu, California, while enjoying a glass of wine.
Mel, the new host of the Oxygen Networks popular weight loss show, Dance Your A** Off, put on weight after having her second child in 2006 but got back in shape after signing on to be the spokesmodel for Ultimo underwear.
By combining yoga, swimming and Brazilian martial art, Capoeira, and eating a diet low in sodium and refined carbs but high in fish oils and green vegetables, the star dropped two stone.
This also motivated her to make her own fitness DVD and sign on to star in the burlesque review Peepshow in Las Vegas alongside Playboy playmate Holly Madison last year.
The star and her movie producer husband are putting themselves further into the spotlight after signing up to star in their own reality show.
Entitled The Mel B Project, the show will follow the entertainer as she balances being a singer, actress, wife and mother to Phoenix, 11 and 3-year old Angel, her daughter with actor Eddie Murphy.
Happy couple: The pair, who are filming a new reality TV show, strolled the beach and enjoyed a drink in the sunshine
The family began filming for the show around Los Angeles last month and Mel has promised the show will be 'crazier than the Osbournes.'
She told The Daily Star: 'I'm not exactly going to be Miss Goody Two Shoes and play it completely by the book. I'm going to be me. I love the work I do.
'I couldn't do a nine-to-five. I respect people who do it, but that could never be me. I like to work odd hours.
'I like to wake up at 11pm and if I've got a song in my head, go to the studio and record it, then go back to bed, and then wake up the kids and take them to school. That's the kind of life I like to live. A very creative life.'
That's a bit cheeky! The Dance Your A** Off host is clearly proud of her derriere
