Urdu title and Portuguese dialogue - Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’ which stars Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai will have portions shot in Portuguese.
Why Portuguese? As per sources, the film is set in the Goan period when people used to speak the language. In fact, erected sets of the film shows “Portuguese architecture and style”, reveal sources. The movie’s main cast, Aishwarya and Hrithik apparently will have Portuguese language experts in the sets who will help them with dialogues and the accent.
When it comes to his movies, the industry knows that Bhansali can go to great lengths in the pursuit of perfection. Considering his earlier films, Black and Saawariya, the man prefers everything just so. Similarly he wants ‘Guzaarish’ to be authentic.
Perfection runs through his veins.
